I had been dealing with an ongoing issue with my Jeep and was feeling pretty frustrated after having to bring it back multiple times. I reached out to Stephen, who I had worked with when I originally purchased my Jeep, and he was incredibly helpful. He listened to everything I had been dealing with, immediately stepped in to help, spoke with GM, and made sure I had a rental while he personally worked on getting the situation resolved.
