Contacted this dealership to work out a trade-in for a Toyota truck they had on-lot. Unfortunately, the numbers didn't work out but the team was helpful and responsive. When dealers, like Albrecht, are willing to review trade details remotely, discuss numbers and clearly explain valuation considerations, it demonstrates respect for the customer’s time and builds trust. I was in the market for a Jeep Gladiator and saw one listed on their website. I emailed to ask if it was available, and they responded promptly confirming that it was in stock and asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment. I replied to confirm a time to come in, test drive, and potentially purchase the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership at the agreed time, no one had any record of my appointment—even after I showed them the email confirmation. After some back-and-forth, they informed me that they actually had no Gladiators in stock and asked if I was interested in a used one. Since I had never driven a Gladiator before, I agreed to test drive a used model just to get a feel for it. After waiting about 30 minutes, they came back and said it wasn’t a good idea to drive the used one because “it wouldn’t feel like a new one.” Honestly, what a ridiculous excuse. The entire experience was a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating. If this is how they handle sales, I can only imagine what their customer service would be like after you buy a vehicle. My advice: look elsewhere. Extremely poor experience. Stay away.

The business manager is inexperienced and the customer service is terrible. It's taken 6 days to lease a car and I still don't have it. I now see why everyone hates car sales people.

Made an appointment to swap out dead battery (under warranty). Drove an hour to the appointment just to find out they didn’t have a battery !!! No one called to reschedule. The blame was placed on Katie, who was off that day. The appointment was made 5 days earlier and I was told they DID have the battery in stock, so how this happened is beyond comprehension. It was another hour to drive home. It’ll be another 2 hours driving both ways when I go back. I wasted my time and lots of gas to get nothing but frustrated from these service people. I truly hope this is not a common occurrence!!

This Place Rocks! I have purchased from numerous dealers and this is the Absolute Best! A car dealer that lets you take your dog to work has got to be good! My sales person was Geo, absolute best salesperson. Awesome customer service to say the least! Steve took care of my financing and went out of his way to make sure I received the best deal possible. I had the pleasure of working mainly with Holden and Gio. The entire staff from top to bottom was responsive, friendly, kind, and helpful. After multiple poor experiences at other dealerships during my search, it was nice to have a smooth and enjoyable experience at Albrecht. It was the opposite of many dealership stereotypes, which was refreshing.

My wife and I just bought a vehicle from Albrecht Jeep in Westborough, I was a bit on edge when entering the dealership due to past experiences dealing with sales people at other dealerships. After approximately 15 minutes with Sam I felt very comfortable with him, he was honest answering all of our questions, there were no smoke and mirror tactics. I give Sam and the rest of the staff we dealt with there. I would highly recommend this dealership and Sam if you are looking for a vehicle. The vehicle we purchased is for my wife and I'll be purchasing a new vehicle for myself in a few months and I'll definitely be dealing with Sam again. 5 Stars

Phenomenal experience leasing a '23 Jeep Compass with the new team at Albrecht. Holden made the entire experience from the moment I walked in the best buying experience I could have imagined. He brought me to Gus who was knowledgeable, professional and listened to what I was looking for without pressuring me into something I didn't want. Steve in finance made it an easy process and even referred a new insurance agent with better rates than I expected. Start to finish, the deal was seamless, stress free, and quick. Nuno the parts manager was the most offensive person we've ever come across in dealing with various dealerships across the country. We were requesting the vin and options summaries to get a replacement door VIN sticker thru a 3rd party as required by our state dmv to register the vehicle. Nuno said he would require proof of ownership to provide that information. We EXPLAINED that the state required the sticker BEFORE they would inspect the vehicle to register it. Nuno AGAIN said that he wouldn't provide the info without proof of ownership... He told us we could talk to the general manager and ask but he already knew the general manager would tell us no... So we asked to talk to the general manager. And nuno told us he was not there, on a Monday at 2:00 p.m... And that he knew the general manager would tell us no anyways. The conversation ended with Nuno telling us never to call back when we ask to leave our phone number for the general manager. This was the MANAGER of the parts department. Who claimed we could get the requested info from ANY Jeep/Chrysler dealership. It was a surreal experience and we would not recommend this dealership to anyone. You can tell from the other reviews that this is a place to steer clear and go elsewhere.
