I usually don’t leave review on places but these guys are amazing and pointed me in the right direction to walk out with a vehicle with the best option possible not just car wise but from a financial point as well. Arty was my salesman and I would 100% recommend him to friends and family he wasn’t pushy or trying to get me into something else of his choosing, his main focus throughout the whole process was what the customer wanted and that was very comforting feeling as a customer.I also wanted to give a huge thank you to the amazing finance manger that works here as well Gio Galvin. If it was not for Gio I probably would’ve walked out with 24 hours to make a decision but this guy knew exactly what the customer wanted and every worry that I had he rebuttable every objection I had and was able to beat my pre approved rate that I got from a bank. Gio helped the situation make so much sense to the point where I couldn’t say no. Gio Galvin is the true meaning of a finance manger and they are lucky to have him, I walked in to many dealers in my lifetime and non have showed me the comfort and hospitality that Gio and Arty Welch showed me, if you are someone who doesn’t like BS and instead want people who are upfront and honest this is the place to go. Great job earning my business and I hope to do business again in the future!

Good customer attention

I recently purchased a truck from Albrecht. While there may have been a few hiccups along the way, they put in the effort and got my concerns resolved. I think there is a lot to be said for a dealership willing to address a customer's concerns even AFTER the paperwork is signed! Albrecht takes customer satisfaction seriously!

I had a dead battery on my Jeep, got it jumpstarted, and dropped it off after hours with no appointment. First thing the next morning, Albrecht CDJR of Westboro texted me to confirm they had my vehicle and were able to squeeze me in for a diagnosis. They kept me updated through text the entire time, which made it easy to follow the progress. The repair was completed quickly and smoothly. Thank you to Brad, my service advisor, for the excellent communication and fast turnaround.

Professional and responsive

OK customer service.. i asked when i called to make sure the appt that i wanted to check if the oil change was still cover.. when i arrived they took my keys and said it will take an hour or so. so after the vehicle was service i was told was a charge. so very unprofessional of not coming back to the customer to advice them that the oil service was already fulfilled. End up paying out of pocket a full price. Customer service needs to improve.

When i called service for a check engine light, Hailey in service knew exactly what I was and called me by name, they treat all customers like friends and not just a customer to them. Their service area is clean and neat and offers free wifi, coffee, water and drinks while you wait and kept me informed of my vehicles progress, not like other dealerships where they just get you in and don't care about who you are to them. Highly recommend Albrecht Jeep!

The diagnostic was surprising since it was much more extensive than the one done 6 weeks earlier. It cited a number of concerning issues that I would have thought would be cited in my earlier service. A couple of the new items could not be handled due to lack of parts. Also, I am used to getting my cars back washed, especially after spending over $1,000.

Major shout out to Brad Chase, I had recently traveled up from DE and had a issue with my 2025 Jeep Cherokee he was able to take care of it and get me going asap. Cant say enough good things about the whole experience with Brad and Albrecht !

I purchased my first vehicle here and was kindly assisted by Artie—who’s a great guy! The service department was also very friendly, and helped assist in buffing out a small dent during my inspection. Steven from the finance department is also very kind, and helped me figure out a plan that works best for me! The Albrecht Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Westboro was a pleasure overall to work with, and I’d highly recommend this dealership to others!
