I completely agree with the positive reviews online—my own experience at Albrecht Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Westboro was overall very smooth and pleasant. I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4 from them. The car's quality and condition are exceptional, and the vehicle selection and pricing are very competitive. What made the experience stand out even more was their willingness to negotiate fairly on top of an already great price, which made me feel comfortable and respected as a customer. Special shoutout to Paul, my salesperson. He was truly top-tier! From the initial test drive to phone calls and answering all my questions, Paul was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. He listens to his customers, respects their needs, and does everything he can to assist—whether it’s working out discounts or finding the right payment options. The rest of the team was equally great. Steve, the Finance Manager, was highly efficient in helping us set up our financing, and the Store Manager made the final negotiations easy and straightforward. The paperwork and process were fast, organized, and stress-free. The only minor issue was that after taking the car home, I realized the state inspection hadn't been completed. However, customer service after the sale was excellent—I called Paul, and he immediately let me know I could get it done locally and send them the receipt for reimbursement. Overall, a professional, transparent, and hassle-free car buying experience. Highly recommended!

Nick Smith was awesome to work with, price on a 1500 was fair and good trade in value. Painless paperwork process and Nick even dropped the truck at my house later since a small recall fix was taking a few hours before the truck could be released. Could not recommend more highly
